What are the rules for this stream?

When you send multiple super-chats/donations in a short amount of time, both Youtube/Google AND your bank may flag the transactions as suspicious. If you send a super-chat and the amount has been returned to you after stream, just be aware that that is something entirely out of Drift’s control; YouTube takes care of all payment processing, and probably reversed the charge due to suspicious activity.
